Anna is the writer and director of Toothache (2023), Mammoth (2024), and Avalanche (2025), a trilogy of short films about madness and motherhood. Her work has been screened at various film festivals and has been partially funded and supported by the University of Iowa College of Liberal Arts & Sciences.
~“Mammoth” named honorable mention at London Women’s International Film Festival (2024) and screened at HollyShorts.
~“Toothache” named semi-finalist at London Women’s International Film Festival, nominated for the LA Independent Women Film Festival, screened at Julien Dubuque International Film Festival, and named semi-finalist for FLICKERS Rhode Island International Film Festival.
“Blur Diary,” a non-fiction diaristic film, is forthcoming in TriQuartery Review in Summer 2026.
